Iron Lotus Fitness and Wellness Club

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue but on time and well deserved! I honestly did not expect to see or experience significant results when I started exercising at Iron Lotus Fitness. I’ve joined a few gyms, did a couple of "at home" 30-60-90-day trainings and got the same thing from each…boring, repetitive workouts with no motivation to keep going. I guess mindset this time was to just stay active and hope for the best. However, since I've joined back in July 2021, I have excelled physically and mentally! Lost several inches then came the pounds! I can feel and see muscles on my body that I have never felt/seen before. I am pretty amazed at how far I came working out with Asia. She is by far the friendliest yet stern, motivating, and helpful trainer I’ve ever trained with. Not only do I get effective training (total body/lower body/upper body and cardio/interval), I leave feeling like I've earned the day. There are several packages and plans to choose from with additional Health & Wellness perks! So much more positivity I can speak on but this is long enough! Thank you, Iron Lotus Fitness, for encouraging me to exercise past what I thought was my limit. I have never considered myself to be "fit" but I certainly feel closer to that label being a member of the tribe.
