Elevated Fitness Solutions

Fantastic experience: Elevated Fitness Solutions is a great gym! My trainer, Matt, is always there to encourage his clients. I have been going there for 7 weeks and I love it. If you want a workout that is different and gives results, then go see Matt. The workouts are intense but geared for your performance level. No bulky equipment to operate, you have a personal trainer guiding with each workout. Go see Matt, you won't be sorry!

Positive experience: I was looking for a workout place that could fit into my busy schedule and give me the results that I wanted and needed. The hours are great and the trainers work with you to get you the desired results that you are looking for. Everyone is not on the same training regime and it is not a "one workout fits all" mentality. I have been training there for 3 months now and I am very happy with my progress and very happy to keep coming back and switching out my workout with the trainers. Thanks Matt and Daniel!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Elevated Fitness Solutions. The workouts are really intense and very diverse. It's never the same workout each time. Matt is very encouraging towards the goals that I set for myself. I would much rather an affordable one on one personal training and small groups than being in a gym constantly pestered by trainers to do an expensive training program.

Fantastic experience: Elevated Fitness Solutions is the most fabulous gym and Matt Porter is by far the most fabulous trainer. I have lived in downtown Charleston for years and have been to all of the "fancy" gyms and have had several trainers that cost a fortune with no results. Matt Porter far exceeds all expectations. I have never been more happy nor have received the results I have gotten in the past 6 months. Complete life changing! I work out 4 days a week and no two workouts have ever been the same. Matt understands the body and what makes each muscle work. He is extremely attentive, always on time, pleasant, flexible, and never boring! Each work out is structured to you and what you are trying to achieve down to your tailored diet plan. I would follow Matt and Elevated Fitness Solutions anywhere! Thank you so much! Fantastic experience: Matt at EFS is really an amazing trainer. I've only been working out about 2 months but have seen such a change in my body. The trainers here personalize the work outs to meet and accommodate you and your goals. Everything is tailored to you...even picking what kind of music you want to jam to while working out. Matt motivates me to accomplish more than I ever imagined I could! On days when I didn't train, he would check on me and see how I was feeling and make sure I was eating right...they truly care about their clients! The gym environment is super comfortable, simple, and clean. I can't think of a better way to spend 80 dollars a month, so affordable and much more practical than paying a trainer at a gym by the session! I love it!
