Fantastic experience: Really great experience, especially with Jordan as the instructor! The team really makes you feel welcome, everyone is friendly, and there are different options for class packages. This includes the ability to purchase individual classes, which is convenient.

Fantastic experience: Tried my first class April 2022 and love it. Played sports in college and its the closest I've come since to that intense type of workout. Leaves you feeling powerful, strong and so sweaty. Each trainer has a but different style and playlist, but I haven't had a trainer yet that I didn't enjoy the class. Don't be intimidated - everyone is super welcoming! 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: An incredible mix of cardio and boxing for 45 minutes. Although each coach is unique in their style and approach, they all offer nothing short of an outstanding session. Guidance when needed, encouragement and high energy. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle!

Fantastic experience: So I just went to my first class on Sunday and it was great. I was pretty shy at first but everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I have never had any experience in boxing and they went over the basics of punching. I appreciate that. I was able to sign up as a member and I can’t wait to start my new hobby. Definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: LOVE this gym! I have been going to the gym now for about 6 months and love it. I have never boxed before but learned quickly because the trainers were amazing and patient with me. Every single trainer there is so helpful and every class is awesome. I would give this place a million stars because I wanted a work out that was fun, pushed me past my limits, and really was a full body workout and this place exceeds all of those! The 45 min classes fly by and I’m always looking forward to the next class! Would 10/10 recommend!
