SPENGA Sugar Land

Fantastic experience: Seriously LOVEEEE this place. Started coming a couple months ago and I’m hooked. The class goes by fast and you leave feeling truly accomplished. The team is phenomenal and so so friendly and the instructors are inspiring and overall incredible. Everyone brings a different style and keeps the classes fun and engaging. Classes held 7 days a week with super early and evening classes available which gives a ton of flexibility to work out when it fits in your schedule. And I love the model, 20 min cycling, 20 min strength and 20 min yoga - and with every area, the goal is to become the best version of you. Cant say enough about this place and I’m so happy to have found SPENGA! #werk!

Fantastic experience: Incredible workout and the instructors and staff are excellent - everyone is always very helpful and kind. If you're wondering where to begin your workout journey or already go to the gym regularly, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Really great balance of cardio, weights, and flexibility. It gets me out of bed and the mornings and hitting that sweet spot is my favorite way to start the day!!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience all the trainers are amazing especially rose felt like I was in a movie. 20 minutes of bike 20 minutes of strength and 20 min of yoga you will have a great workout.

Fantastic experience: They keep it clean and is always on top of providing the cleaning supplies. Staff is super helpful and will help you if you don’t know how to use the equipment. Very impressed with this gym. Well managed and a very positive environment.
