Positive experience: This place has really given me a new sense of confidence. Not because of more reps and sets that I can do, but because of the constant support system. From the coaches to the members and everyone in between, this cultivates a community in which everyone becomes a better person overall. They make their objectives very clear from the start. Their objectives are perfect form, great friends, and new family.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym/box 6 months ago and it has truly changed my life. I have lost weight and more importantly I am happy to be back working out after a long hiatus. In addition, the customer service is phenomenal. The coaches are great motivators and make you want to keep coming back. Any and all questions are answered quickly whether you ask in person, through text, or by email. I can’t wait to see where I’m at after 6 more months!

Fantastic experience: At Crossfit Doulos the environment is friendly and motivating. Amanda goes over & above and makes sure that you achieve your goals. I'm very happy that I found a work-out environment that caters to new moms like me :)
