F45 Training Sugarland

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since November 2022 and I LOVE this place. The coaches and workouts challenge me to push past what I think are my limits (which are typically lower than what my body can actually do) and I am seeing so much progress in my endurance. The music, coaches, and environment are always motivating, which is essential for someone who isn’t a fitness fanatic. Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: F45 Sugarland is the perfect combo of what I was seeking in my pursuit with focusing on strength, energy, and overall health & wellness. The perfect combo = Group training with strong coaches who care about your form and goals, the community of members who continuously show up for each other, the super effective and fun workouts that happen within a quick 45 minute timeframe, and the variety from day to day keeps it exciting. It’s addicting and empowering! If you’re looking to transform from a couch potato to a hot potato, give it a shot! To all seriousness, it’s also a friendly entry where you can be at any fitness level from 0 - 100 and find yourself advancing with each workout.

Fantastic experience: Awesome training staff that truly care about the members and their safety and well being. The gym is clean and cleaning supplies are available at every station for quick wipe downs. This workout will bring you to the next level of fitness. Technology assisted performance monitoring and trainer oversight make this a top notch workout experience that is safe, fun, and very effective. Add the supportive and friendly community and you have one of the best workout experiences possible. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new place to workout that was motivating and fun. This is definitely the place! I love the organization, and the workouts are different everyday. The trainers are especially great! They make you feel welcome regardless of your fitness level, and they actually take the time to make sure you have the right form and are pushing yourself. I once again look forward to working out and can't wait to go to class everyday!

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here about 2 months, I feel better each time & I look forward to my workouts! Everyone is always very professional and super nice. I love that the trainers get to know you and your weaknesses/strengths and know where to push you. I think it’s definitely worth it!
