Fantastic experience: I started at Crossfit Kryptonite around the middle of July. At first I would go 1-2 times a week and after about a month and a half realized I needed to be doing more. I met with one of the trainers who provided nutrition and fitness advice. Starting in the first week of October I began a clean eating journey and started going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I followed the advice of Mariana and her group of trainers and less than two months later I feel better than ever and am down about 15 pounds. The gym has great equipment, trainers and classes and has been very welcoming. It is more like a family of people pushing each other to reach their goals. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for something new to try.

Fantastic experience: This gym is my second home. The members are an amazing group of people to work out with. My quality of life has improved dramatically in exercise, nutrition and self care because of the discussions and instruction with the coaches. I'm 40 years old and I've never been more fit in my life. I highly recommend this gym to join or drop into.
