Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a gym for quite some time and feel very fortunate to have found Earnest Jones and FIT 10 Performance. As an almost-60-year-old, I wanted to find a gym and a trainer that would be careful with my knees and Earnest did not disappoint! After 3 months, I feel better than I have felt in years; I am sleeping better, and I was able to discontinue some medication that my doctor had prescribed for menopausal symptoms. My husband has joined me at the gym and we feel like our time there is the best health insurance that we could buy. Earnest's knowledge and training make him a rare asset; this community is lucky to have FIT 10 Performance. If you are curious, come try a guided group class; you won't be disappointed!

His techniques, methods and experience will be demonstrably exposed as you progress through his training. His prices are reasonable, times are flexible, and expertise is unparalleled to any trainer in Hampton Roads. I love both the personal training and the fun and interaction of his small group sessions. I am in the best shape of my life and as a busy professional my health is my biggest wealth. I would strongly recommend this facility.
