Fantastic experience: Great gym. I’ve been going to the 6am class for 4 years and the breakfast club is the best! Coach-lead classes, great workouts, no-pressure environment. Builds strength and endurance. For me, it’s perfect.

Fantastic experience: A very different gym experience! I’ve been a member since the end of March and I can tell you that it’s nothing like the big, chain gyms! Positive and encouraging coaches! Nice facility and equipment! I was very intimidated when I first began the CrossFit-style workouts but even the other, more experienced members are encouraging and helpful! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and overall great gym. Highly dedicated owner / trainer is incredible, super nice, and will accommodate any skill level. I would recommend them to everyone no matter how in our out of shape you might feel you are.
