Alloy Personal Training Summerfield

Fantastic experience: I've never really been a regular gym-goer, but I needed to do something to incorporate exercise into my life. The team at Alloy made me feel comfortable and welcome right away! The workouts are challenging but not insane and they tailor them to meet individuals' needs. I really enjoy my visits and I've made friends there that help me stay motivated and encouraged. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a large person by any means but I definitely needed toning up all over. I've never worked out at a gym or fitness center before and was not really looking forward to it. Let me just say that after one workout, I was hooked and LOVED it. I cannot tell you what Alloy has done for my body in just 5 weeks. It's being transformed right before my eyes. Kathy Mazzoli is my personal trainer and she is amazing. She really works with you to make sure you understand exactly what body part you are working out and ensures you are doing it correctly. All of the trainers are really good, but Kathy is my trainer. Please give Alloy a chance to change your body and your life. I'm so glad I took the leap of faith.
