Fusion Training

Fantastic experience: I started going to Fusion in January and join Ed the X4 group and it has been awesome!! I have felt the change in myself in many ways and everyone greets you with a smile when you walk in the door! Best gym around town! Just wanted to add to my review about the nutrition program, it has been a life changer and seeing results I never thought I would see!

Fantastic experience: The fusion nutrition program is the BEST. If you want to establish new and healthy eating habits in an encouraging and supportive community this is the place! I saw amazing results in only 6 weeks after following the program. Thank you Brack and Maria! This has given me the tools I need to prepare healthy meals for my family.

Fantastic experience: This place is so great!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I’ve been going since the end of December for the X4 program and it has made me feel better about myself. Great atmosphere and great people to be around, I’ve never felt comfortable going into big gyms to workout so I was a little nervous at first but I’m so glad I joined :)

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town!! Fusion has the best environment I've ever seen in a gym. It makes you want to come back everyday. Coaches are professional, and the workouts are fun. There is a ton of space to workout, quality equipment, and good music. They also have locker rooms with towels and soap for you to use. Whether you are looking for a gym to get fit or a place to have fun and make friends, Fusion has it all. Will always recommend!
