Fantastic experience: I am a former employee of Sportsplex and have had the pleasure of working under manager, Noelle Manginelli. She is a highly professional, considerate, and caring individual. Noelle is exceptional in that she takes the time to get to know her staff and does anything she can to create a supportive and flexible environment. She truly cares about her staff and I have witnessed her in action many times problem solving, actively listening and even comforting her colleagues. She always goes beyond her job description to support others. I have observed her calm and constructive reactions during times of conflict. She handles difficult situations with grace! All of this AND she is the best pilates instructor I have had the pleasure of training under.

Fantastic experience: Stamford's best-kept fitness secret! Super-clean, not too crowded, lots of classes and work out machines, multiple squash courts, and the salt-water pool is warm and never too crowded. Looking forward to continuing to explore what they offer.
