St. Augustine Boxing

Fantastic experience: I was in town for a visit and called Coach Mike Sharman for a private session. I am an older woman who has boxed for nearly 3 years. Coach Mike accommodated my schedule and booked me sight unseen. He is a skilled and knowledgeable trainer who gave me some fresh insights into the sport and helped sharpen my technique. The session was great training (and calorie burning ????) and the cost very reasonable. He had plenty of equipment for us to train, and Coach Mike was both challenging and great fun to work with! I highly recommend Mike Sharman and St. Augustine Boxing for a great work out whether you are new to boxing or ready to fight!

Fantastic experience: Mike and Bryan are great boxing coaches. They’re very patient with me. I do want to advise that the amp gym gets new head gear and few new equipment. I know that if I were in the MMA I would shout mike and Bryan out for their great teaching skills
