Energy Explosion Personal Training Studio

Fantastic experience: I started training at Energy Explosion almost a year ago, my experience with them has been great! For reference I am 25 years old. My goal in working with a personal trainer was to gain confidence working out. I feel I have achieved that. It’s been incredible to gain confidence in my body. For me, the thing that sets Energy Explosion apart from other gyms is the environment. I have never once been pressured or put down by a trainer. If I want to go down in weight, if I want to switch out an exercise, if I don’t want to set a goal that week, it’s always fine. The environment is always positive and uplifting. I know I am going to leave having completed a great workout and feeling better about myself. I would recommend energy explosion to anyone looking for a positive personal training experience.

Fantastic experience: Been going for about 6 months. Just once a week. Zac and the training team are all top notch and put us through an intense workout every time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Zac the manager is amazing, the trainers are all knowledgable and it is a great gym environment to be in! There are hardly ever more than 12 people in the space and it’s a good judgement free some to get the great, motivating workout you need!

Fantastic experience: It is small enough that I feel like I get the personal attention I need. Also they are really flexible with my crazy schedule.

Fantastic experience: Pumped trainers, motivational and fun. Perfect sized facility. Summers you can get outside as well. Zach, the owner, is a stud and will make sure you have an awesome experience every day. Well worth the money if you have the time.
