Fantastic experience: Danielle is wonderful! Not only does she make doing yoga therapeutic, she has helped me perfect poses, understand how to use my core and each experience is personal to my specific needs. This is my favorite place to work out!

Fantastic experience: Still loving a variety of different style classes. Some are a bit challenging (for me anyway) but always the instructors are quick to offer modifications if necessary. Barre for strength with Danielle is one of my favorites. I always leave classes feeling better than before.

Fantastic experience: I met with one of the owners, Christina, to get more insight on the studio, and as soon as I walked in, there was such a welcoming atmosphere that I immediately felt like a regular attendee! You can really learn a lot about someone when taking the time to speak with them, and during our conversation, I could tell that Christina was not only passionate about the studio and yoga practice, but also about making sure that her clients get all that they came to experience and more! Under her leadership, the studio will go very, very far and, most importantly, so will the clients that attend the classes provided.
