Fantastic experience: This is my first experience with crossfit and I am absolutely loving it. It has been a lot of tough work. Jane, Joy, Kyle and the rest them are amazing coaches and make sure to spend time with you helping you develop proper techniques and skills to enjoy the workout and stay safe.
