Fantastic experience: Go. Listen. Do. -20+ lbs and +6lbs muscle since February (6 months). I had to go buy new pants. I can almost see my abs for the first time in my life. Lol.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, with a great program. Also the staff is awesome. They have no problem helping and correcting you if you need to adjust to get the best possible work out. The attitude of the other members is great, and it is a very friendly place.

Positive experience: So far I love it. The coaches are great and the environment is both professional but really inviting and friendly. The only thing I wish they had was more amenities like locker rooms.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, awesome people, awesome coaches. Been coming here since February and have gotten so much stronger. We pick things up and put them down. Great kids program for those under 12 as well. I finally found a place that I want to go work out at. Aces in my book.
