Fantastic experience: I have fibromyalgia Power Vinyasa with Katie. I like her method of teaching. It goes fast with what body movement. The room is about 95 but she cools it down with opening the door a bit here and there. Hot Pilates Sculpt with Amy about killed me. Amy wears a head set and walks around making sure everyone is moving correctly. The music is more loud and energetic. I hope to try Bikram pure. Katie told me this one concentrates more on the poses and there is no music. The last one is warm and yin but that's only at 7pm at night. I want to try that one for sure. At the end of class they give you an ice cold lavender wash cloth. They let you cool down and then you can go when you feel ready. They also mop the floors and sanitize. It's tucked in near the backside of Legends. It's easier to park at BURLINGTON and walk over by all the construction. There is a little coffee shop next door to their studio.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes going to a new place to work out can be intimidating, but from the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable. I have only been going for a couple weeks now but I really love it. I have loved every teacher, and they keep the studio so clean! (TJ teaches a great Vinyasa class) I feel more motivated and happy now that I have joined Juice Box

Fantastic experience: I am a member of this location, I highly recommend to try their classes and workouts, the instructors and staff are super friendly, I appreciate them all, they always make everyone feel so welcome and happy to assist to the classes everytime. It's a really fun way to workout and relax. I am very happy to found juice box yoga.
