Kaia FIT Sierra - Sparks

Fantastic experience: It was great to be back at the Sparks location after a few years off! I was welcomed back to all of Kaia by coaches who were genuinely glad to see me again and I love that there is NO JUDGEMENT! Only encouragement and accountability! And I love the focus on my hard (which can change by day and that is okay).

Fantastic experience: Updated 5/30/22 - This location is so beautiful! I love the Saturday morning barre and yoga classes. Watching the sun rise while doing yoga? Count me in! Also the Tuesday Lift classes are among my favorites! The coaches do an excellent job of pushing you out of your comfort zone and getting you to do things you didn't know were possible. Kaia FIT is an amazing women's group fitness gym. They have a wide variety classes and all of the coaches are amazing. They provide excellent demos and modifications and let you choose your hard! The Sparks location is just wonderful. It's massive, has tons of windows letting in natural light but is in a business park where you don't feel watched while working out. Parking is fantastic and if it wasn't so far from my house, I would visit this location often!

Fantastic experience: The lift class here is my favorite! Huge space and great coaches make this the best place to be! Fantastic way to work on your health and mental wellness by joining Kaia, wish I joined sooner!
