Fantastic experience: This gym is so supportive and helpful. Anyone that is experienced or a novice, like myself, that’s looks to change their life or up their workout routine needs to try this out. All of the couches are great and put education and safety first. Thanks couch J!

Fantastic experience: I met Jeff several years ago when i was trying to find a crossfit gym that gave extra attention to those new to working out and lifting weights. Since then, I've worked with multiple coaches, and I can truly say that Coach Jeff is one of the best out there. I feel so lucky that I had found him! He is a very knowledgeable and an encouraging coach. He focuses on creating a strong sense of community and teaching proper form, while also pushing each of us to be our best. Definitely try this gym out! I promise that if you continue with it for a few weeks, you will really see what a gem of a gym it is!

Fantastic experience: I was passing through town and stopped in for a workout. It’s a small gym but coaches were great, got my first muscle up, and the WOD was fun. If you’re in the area, it’s a must to checkout.
