Fantastic experience: I’ve taken close to 500 classes here in just a few years. Coming from an athletic background where running, swimming, lifting was everything…I must say I was missing the flexibility and balancing practice you will find in Yoga, Barre, Pilates and HIIT classes. You also cannot beat a hot room on a cold winter morning to get a good sweat on.

Fantastic experience: This is a truly amazing studio! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the instructors are knowledgeable, kind, motivating and fun. They truly care about their clients.

Fantastic experience: The place has magical powers. The instructors are great, and there’s this aura around it. You walk in feeling this way or that way, then boom you walk out knowing you left it all on the mat and so relaxed.
