Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Solis Boxing! Fernando is a very knowledgeable coach and has something to offer no matter how much or how little experience you have (I had zero). He and the whole crew of coaches (shoutout to Daniel and Cesar!) are very welcoming, supportive and motivating. The workouts are a good mixture of cardio, mobility, conditioning and technique, they definitely helped me stay healthier with my WFH lifestyle. Highly recommended!
