Fantastic experience: This place has become my second home. The variety of classes reeled me in, and the community keeps me coming back. You get a whole body workout in about an hour with stretches peppered in to give you that relief on a tired muscle group. The instructors are so engaging while teaching and offer modifications everyone feels comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I had been wanting to try this place for a long time because my friends go frequently but I was nervous as I am not the big workout type. The staff made me feel very welcome and at home, answered all my questions, and informed me of special events they have from them to time.
