Fantastic experience: Absolutely love everything about F45 Training South Elgin Illinois! The coaches and staff are awesome. The environment of coaches, members, and invigorating playlists make every workout unique and better than the last. It really is a family and I cannot imagine working out anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I attended my free trial session this morning, and since I have left the gym I have raved to everyone I've encountered how amazing my session was. Robin(THE OWNER) joined me in my first session, and provided words of encouragement throughout the whole workout. The trainer, Apollo, took the time to check in with everyone during each workout assuring their form was proper and to provide words of encouragement as well. I am amazed by each and every individual who represents this gym!! Needless to say, I didn't need to complete my other trail classes, I enrolled in the membership immediately. Do yourself a favor and give this gym a try. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I love F45! Such an amazing energy there! All trainers and people there motivating me and inspire to do more. I’m always looking forward to go to the next class and see everyone ♥️ It took me a while to find exercises I love bc I’m a bit lazy sometimes and was insecure about myself. But now I finally see progress and I love it! Highly recommend
