Fantastic experience: Found this boxing gym back in August 2015 and to date it’s been the longest gym membership I’ve ever had. Alex has the skills to train beginners as well as clients that actually compete in boxing, while also doing strength training & conditioning and cardio. I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere here: no pressure, with patience and skill to get you to your desired fitness level. Would recommend 100%.
