Fantastic experience: Gym open to everyone regardless of fitness stage. Staff is courteous, polite and very easy to talk to. Prices are reasonable and location is easy to find and spacious.

Fantastic experience: I knew it was time for a change and if I wanted to be around for my family I needed to get healthy. I was told about the 6 week transformation class they offered and I wanted to give it a try. I was scared at first but the coaches helped me every step of the way. I wont lie there were times I was soar or that I didn't want to push through but through their assistance, motivation and my fellow class members I was able to have a successful 6 week session. I am grateful for the recommendation and I look forward to becoming a healthier and better me. If you are wanting a change not be scared, Shawn and all the coaches were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out at! Love the classes, program, coaching and most of all the selection of equipment that they offer. No matter how busy my schedule may get their flexibility of class schedules ensures I stay on top of my health.
