Fantastic experience: * Awesome I reached out to Kyle & Shane about a lifestyle change. He reached out right away no questions asked. I had ordered his book before I called which is a great guide a must read. I started the Panda lifestyle On July 4th and I am down 20lbs feeling great. Kyle was a wealth of knowledge and let me run some ideas and questions by him. The passion he has to teach health in fitness is like know other. Thank You for investing in me and my health.

Fantastic experience: To start July 2021 I ruptured my calf and couldn't do much for 6 months which caused a lot of weight gain. I was cleared by the doctor to go back to full activity and started the going to Newell at the beginning of 2022. I worked out with Dana 1 on 1 for my first 6 weeks. I felt great at the end of the 6 weeks and was ready for the next adventure which was the Panda challenge. The Panda challenge is another 6 week program that helped me kick start losing the weight I gained. At the end of the six week challenge I lost 43 lbs. To date I am down a whopping 68lbs!!!! Everyone there has been pleasant to be with and very encouraging. I look forward to the next adventure!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Newell Strength about four years. I joined NS out of sheer desperation looking for something to turn myself around and start taking care of me. I was so bad and so out of shape! I needed to change myself mentally and physically and I knew I couldn’t do it on my own. NS has truly helped me transform and get out of the rut. This is a community like no other and provided me camaraderie, support, knowledge that I needed to change my life around. I’m eternally grateful for what I have learned from Kyle, Devon, the coach’s past and present. For personal reasons, I have recently been forced to end membership a NS but I will never end my relationship with this community. I leave on great terms, with the knowledge and confidence to continue on my own. Simply put, I’m a better person with NS in my life! If you’re looking to change, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Before Newell strength I lacked confidence. I have 3 girls but could barely pick them up. After some time at Newell strength, I lift my kids with ease. If you’re looking for a results gym, then I would highly recommend them, to be the best version of themselves.

Fantastic experience: To start, choosing Newell Strength has been one of the best overall decisions for me I have made in these past couple of months. Kyle, his team, the gym, and his program has helped me massively in not only working out, but having a better mindset about everything related to the gym. Not only the team at the gym but the community he has built around it is genuinely great and comforting. The amount of support I have received from not only him but the rest of the coaches, staff, and others is such a nice thing to have. To anyone considering choosing this gym and his programs, you will not regret it, it is truly amazing!
