Fantastic experience: I joined SALT about 2 months ago, and I’m so happy I found this gym. The trainers are awesome and I have met so many nice people in the classes. I am able to make time for it most days despite my crazy schedule as there are many class times to choose from. Old School cardio is my favorite! It is a great workout and so much fun! I have significantly increased my endurance level and feel great after each class. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have several medical issues and Andre is excellent working with my limitations! He modifies for my injuries and is extremely attentive to correct form and safe execution of exercises and making sure that I understand good vs bad form. He is knowledgeable about both the exercise and nutrition portions of health and readily accessible for advice and to answer any questions. I recommend SALT for all levels of fitness and ages because of their knowledge and willingness to assist with individual needs!

Fantastic experience: I joined in May and did the summer challenge. The changes in my body, strength, energy level and overall confidence have been staggering. Shaun and Andre are amazing motivators and the entire Salt team and family is so supportive and positive. I'm obsessed, we have so much fun! Fantastic experience: I love Salt. I joined the gym in February. I have lost 20 pounds. I love the atmosphere, music, and community of people who attend. The gym has a positive vibe which has helped me in so many ways. I have made many friends from Salt who support and give me encouragement.
