F45 Training Solana Beach

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here regularly since their soft launch. The facility is clean and the coaches are all amazing. The owner, Molly, has done a wonderful job building a great community here.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined right when F45 Solana Beach opened and navigated the COVID wave with the gym. Molly and her team made a heck of a lot of lemonade out of lemons, and we remain grateful for the outlet during that time whether videos or garage workouts. Now that we are “back to normal” we just love the workouts but more so the community that has been built by Molly and her team and some amazing members. I find myself frequently loitering after class, in part because I probably just had to scrape myself up off the floor, but primarily because I love chatting with the coaches and other members. I’ll end by noting that I tend to have some limitations due to a hip problem and the team and coaches have been superb in helping me still optimize my workouts (see above about scraping). I highly recommend that you sign up today and join the F45 Solana Beach community!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few studios and the Solana Beach F45 is the most inclusive, friendly, and fun of them all. The coaches are excellent and they offer modifications when needed. The space is exceptionally clean- there’s a shower with towels which is key for me, and Molly, the owner, works very hard to make sure things run smoothly and that everyone is happy (and has a good workout-tough love ☺️)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few other F45 locations in San Diego and this one is definitely the cleanest and best maintained. The coaching staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very warm and friendly. The workouts are top notch and allow for modifications to meet any fitness level. There’s also a great sense of community amongst the members - people greet each other and socialize and embrace new members. You can’t beat this location either - so many great spots nearby for an after workout meal or coffee and best of all…there’s plenty of parking! F45 Solana Beach is a fantastic gym.
