Positive experience: I've been a member since August, and there are pros and cons with the South Philly location. It would be great if there were additional classes added! Especially during the week. Adding an express 45 minute class would be huge, too. It would also be helpful if instructors/front desk staff reminded clients of basic etiquette - there always seems to be backpacks/bags laying around, and it's easy to trip over this stuff and cause an injury. This is a good workout, nonetheless.

Fantastic experience: I took my first class this past Monday. I’ve worked out before, but never like this! Our instructor, Stacey was fabulous. Since there were a few new members, she made sure to check on us throughout the class to help us out when needed. She was upbeat, fun and very encouraging. The staff and other members were so welcoming. It’s an intense but, great workout! I highly recommend you give CKO South Philly a try, you won’t regret it!
