Fantastic experience: CrossFit VTG is legit, and Matthew Hughey is, hands down, one of the best coaches I've ever had. And yes, I've had more than one. The atmosphere is great. The coaching is non-judgmental, but it will push you to be your best. As a BJJ practitioner I wanted to add some strength and conditioning training to my routine, and CrossFit VTG and Matthew Hughey came highly recommended by people whose physical fitness can mean the difference between life and death in their profession. So glad I took their advice. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this location, but it is totally worth it. As a 45-year-old dude who wants to stay in shape and be able to physically function at a higher level, while also maintaining my BJJ routine, this was a perfect fit.
