CrossFit^® Smithfield

Fantastic experience: I love working out here! I had never lifted weights before coming here and they always make me feel comfortable. The people at this gym are what make it feel like family. I always feel challenged and look forward to a workout!

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed going to CrossFit. When I first thought about it I did not think I could do it. But there are coaches and members always showing you and encouraging you every step of the way. I have always gone to regular gym but this has been a life changing experience. I am now a HUGE fan of CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: Strong focus on form and proper movement. Members strongly support each other and encourage new members. They recognize that everyone has very different capabilities and limitations - do what you can, just move!

Fantastic experience: These place have helped me so much, I have had the best experience of my life. Their program is amazing and also their meal plan. Now I feel more fit and healthy, with just a couple weeks I stared to see the difference. Also I had made a lot of friends, they all make u feel like family. I promise u once u get in you would never want to get out.
