Forged Strength

Fantastic experience: Forged Strength is the best personal training I’ve ever had. The training programs are always tailored to your needs, and Matt is excellent at training to rehab specific injuries. He creates a fun inclusive culture that makes everyone feel welcomed, motivated and excited to work out. Even after a few years of not exercising, the fundamentals I learned from Matt at Forged allowed me to rehab knee and back issues from sitting in a desk during COVID and quickly get back into shape. Regardless of your age, motivations, or current athletic ability, you definitely won’t regret working with Matt and the Forged Strength crew.
