Fantastic experience: Great gym! I was only in town for a day and so I messaged the gym on Facebook the night before coming to town (assuming I’d get a response in the morning) and they responded that night! Great equipment and clean facility. You can even sync your device to the speaker system which was super neat. The owner was also extremely nice. I would definitely return if I’m ever back in the area!

Fantastic experience: Was passing through Sioux Falls twice this last week and was wanting to stop somewhere to train. Communication with Jared through Facebook messenger was super fast, easy, and clear and getting a week pass was no problem at all. The gym had everything I needed and the facilities were terrific. It's members were respectful of each other and the gym too, evidence of a strong gym culture. Support local gyms!

Fantastic experience: Visited Flex Gym, very powerlifter friendly, has a combo rack, good barbells, and good plates. Good amount of equipment too. Has an aux system as well.

Fantastic experience: I am a strength coach local to DFW, and I have a client who travels a lot. It is a concern he won’t find a decent strength gym when he travels, but this gym is great. I hope to open one like it one day.

Fantastic experience: They were really responsive as I travel to alot of gyms where I drop in. It was clean good atmosphere...when I'm back in town I will definitely return
