Fantastic experience: I found this gym through the new coach Sophia and have now also been working with Dawn. Really love the set up and ease of using the smart trainer system. Highly recommend to anyone new to the gym atmosphere or looking to get back in shape without a ton of pressure. The nutrition help is also a nice bonus. I lost 15 lbs my first 2 weeks and was going about 4 times a week for very relaxed paced classes. I plan to go more often and step up the intensity as I make more progress with my goals. Thanks for all the help ladies!
