Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed the diabetes prevention group. I have learned so many things in this group that has helped me lose weight and get my blood pressure and other numbers down. I would highly recommend this to others!!!

Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey at Norm Wiatt Sr. YMCA three and a half years ago. I didn't know how to use the weight machines, I didn't know how great the teaching staff were, and I definitely didn't know if I was going to like spending a lot of time at the Y. I love this place. I love the way I feel when I leave. I love the way I look the next day. And I love the endorphin high I get every time I have a fantastic workout.

Fantastic experience: The preschool program is better than I could have imagined. The staff have been nothing short of phenomenal. We love that there is sit down work but also play learning, swim lessons and even some yoga! It brings a smile to my face every day when my son wakes up so excited to go to school and would rather go to school than to stay home and play. There is no other preschool program that I would recommend over this. ????

Fantastic experience: We loved the preschool program for our 4 year old! She learned so much this year. Along with the preschool program, we were really pleased with all the fun activities the YMCA had to offer for the little ones. The staff is so kind and always willing to help with whatever they can! We are extremely happy we chose this program for her.

Fantastic experience: Great preschool program. I love the location being close by in SSC. Teachers are caring and patient. They have swim lessons every other week, and consistently keep you updated on your child’s learning.
