Shawn Frankl's Big Iron Gym

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the Siouxland area. The people in the gym are welcoming. The gym has everything from powerlifting to strongman equipment to any bodybuilding needs. Would totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and atmosphere! The owners are excellent people; very kind, friendly, and encouraging. It is definitely the best spot in town to pursue your fitness goals. Great music, good equipment (especially for training legs), and all around a good atmosphere. Plus the addition of a massage bed (haven't got to use yet, but looking forward to it!) The perfect example of a 5-star gym.

Fantastic experience: I was just in town for a few weeks and got a month-long membership here, but I wish it was my home gym! Plenty of barbells & other equipment, 24/7 access, and a super positive atmospjere. When you first show up, be sure to let them know because getting in isn't clear if you aren't set up with access yet, but they're super responsive on the phone or Messenger.

Fantastic experience: My late husband excelled in more ways than lifting iron he built friendships and a relationship with God! He instilled values my 8 year old son that he continues to work on daily and most likely for life
