Fantastic experience: If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your fitness goals and assists you in attaining those goals, I highly recommend Silvia. She assesses your level of performance and provides you with the encouragement and knowledge to increase your performance. I have gained weight after injuring my knee and she is working with me to not only regain strength but to lose the weight to allow more flexibility and less pain. Highly recommend.
