The Lifting LAB

Fantastic experience: Was in town for a few days and needed to find a real gym to workout in. Emailed and The owner Kevin emailed back promptly. He accommodated my crazy schedule and hooked me up with 3 day passes. Gym was everything you would expect for a serious gym and more. Every bodybuilding machine you could think of. deadlift platform with a jack. Every accessory you could want. Olympic lifting platform with bumper plates. multiple power racks. Dumbells go to 150. They teach karate in the back. Speed bags, heavy bags, mats and all the fixings if that is what you are into. outside has a bunch of strongman gear from carlifts, stones, sleds, tractor, tires, etc. Very cool vibe like you would expect with a serious gym. Everyone was friendly and focused. Everyone was serious that was there. All the plates were in the right direction, everyone reracked and put whatever they were working with back in place. Wish I lived near this gym, I would be in it all the time. Top Notch. Will be back when I'm in town.
