Fantastic experience: Jason and his gym were extremely welcoming. The instruction is explicit and it’s clear that Jason has a deep understanding of grappling concepts. Will drop by again for sure!

Fantastic experience: Not the biggest gym out there, but it is a great one. Coaches are great and especially with kids. My kid loves the kick boxing class. There is also jiu-jitsu for kids and adults and MMA

Fantastic experience: A great place to learn for begginers to advanced. Jason and Cody are both knowledgeable and very helpful. Never thought I would enjoy kickboxing but I turned out to love it. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Great teaching!! I have learned a lot and grown my jiu jitsu from professor Jason. He has a wide variety of knowledge in the fight world and BJJ.
