iRISE Performance

Fantastic experience: My 14 yr old son started training with EJay a month ago. I can't say enough good things about EJ and his gym. The community he has created, the work ethic and drive he instills in his "kids" is such a blessing. I have noticed a huge change in attitude and confidence as well as coaches noticing improvements as well in such a short time already. I can't recommend iRise enough!
