Fantastic experience: The perfect place for all. And I do mean ALL!!! It is not a place to just workout, or lose that stubborn extra few lbs. It is "The Place" you have been looking for all along, you know, the one that doesn't judge, the one that has your back. Stoneway is for fitness, not just fitness for the body, fitness for, with, and about you. They are the people that want only the best for you and want to see you succeed in the goals that you set for yourself and will encourage and support, and celebrate every milestone that you achieve. Your very first one is the hardest for almost all, not a pullup or squat, it's the decision to make a change and actually stepping into the world of Crossfit. I promise it will be a great first step!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Scott and Katie have a wonderful way of welcoming new clients! Very positive atmosphere. All coaches are excellent well trained and they take the time to help each person with individual needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I attended a few classes, and each one was awesome! Scott’s energy and the class content was enough to get me pushing through and getting a great workout. I would highly suggest going to Stoneway if you’re looking for a solid CrossFit community

Fantastic experience: Being a part of Stoneway Crossfit has been an amazing experience! The great classes, amazing coaches and positive, encouraging environment that Coach Scott creates makes it fun and welcoming to come to the gym. I feel stronger and in better shape than I have since i was in my 20's!
