Fantastic experience: Sean Johnson at JRT Fit is one of a kind. His approach to fitness, health and personal training is different in that he takes a more scientific approach to help his clients reach his goals. If you're having any pain or problems exercising, definitely give him a call! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My family has been working out here for over a year now. Best personal trainers in Littleton, hands down. Their scientific approach to training is easy truly produces results. I've learned so much about what not to do. So many trainers are teaching methods that are only exposing people to injury. Fantastic experience: I love coming here! Sean has a great (and scientific) approach to working out. As he trains your muscles, he also trains your brain by teaching correct terminology and offering stimulating conversation. I take advantage of 1-on-1 training and group training. The people in the group training sessions I attend are also fun and engaging. The gym in not gigantic like a Planet Fitness or similar but it’s a good size and the equipment is all really nice. I think it’s also important to point out that I’ve never felt judged by anyone in this gym.
Fantastic experience: I have been working with Sean Johnson at JRT Fit for the last 4 months. I have participated in both personal and group training sessions with him. Sean is extremely knowledgeable and highly trained in all areas of personal fitness and nutrition. My main reason for starting training was in preparation for a knee replacement. I had one done in February and the rehab was very difficult. I had to get my other knee done and was told if I had been stronger prior to my first surgery, my rehab would have been easier. I worked out with Sean for three months and he designed a program for me to focus on strengthening my quads and overall core strength. I had my second knee done one month ago today and I'm already back to working out and walking a few miles every day. I attribute this solely to Sean's expertise and knowledge to help me prepare. He makes working out fun...believe it or not! He's very motivating and encouraging...even when the last thing I want to do is work out. I'm currently doing a small group training three days a week with four other ladies and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed even though we're all working hard. I would encourage anyone who is considering starting or changing their workout program to at least talk to Sean.
