Fantastic experience: Outstanding trainer and very knowledgeable in methodologies used to train any type of body for whatever needs are required. Matt has been training my family for awhile now and we are all very happy with him!
Fantastic experience: I contacted Matt in hopes of utilizing his training studio for an all Women’s fitness retreat: Unplugged, The Olympics. Not only did Matt kindly let us use his space, the studio was clean and very inviting! As a trainer myself, it was easy to see Matt’s passion and knowledge for his work! Fantastic experience: Matt is an incredible personal trainer. I was impressed with his knowledge base and years of experience. He has a fun, yet calm manner, and very positive. His entire focus is on you during the training session. He will put together training routines for you to follow when you aren’t able to make it to his gym. Matt is insightful in determining your strengths and areas of focus, but willing to help you make incremental progress in order to reach your goals. When meeting with Matt for the initial session, he is thorough in taking notes on your goals, nutrition, and lifestyle. He inspires me to be my best.
