Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found the SHAC. I have been to multiple gyms in the past and none are as inclusive. Everyone, from the coaches to the members, welcomed me since day 1. No matter your fitness level, there is something for you. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Tampa! I joined in 2021 and only wish I would have found this place earlier. Great atmosphere and crowd. Coaches are super helpful and willing to answer my hundreds of questions on exercises. The workouts are never the same and always challenging. ????????
