Elliott Bay Community Fitness: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Before deciding on EBCF, I visited all 7 other Crossfit gyms in Seattle. I initially decided that it offered the best programming and seemed to have a good community but I didn't realize the extent to which those were true. During my year and a half with them I developed life long friends and also improved in almost every skill. I came in not being able to do a bar muscle up and now I can consistently do 40 in a workout and it's not like I am new to Crossfit. I have been doing it since 2016, but Rohan knows how to push everyone in the gym. I could not recommend EBCF enough.
Fantastic experience: I’ve come to this gym for over five years. As a former regular gym rat and cycle class person, this is a far superior experience, product, and community. I was super intimidated by CrossFit but Rohan and all of the coaches are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Any workout is adaptable for all body types, ability, and injury. I’ve even moved across the country and maintained my membership so I can attend classes virtually. The workouts are great, but the people are what really make this place special.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for about a year and absolutely love it! The coaches are great. I’ve always been active but was intimidated to focusing on lifting weights. Everyone is so friendly and there is a huge community here at this gym.
Fantastic experience: My fiancé has been coming to Elliott Bay Community Fitness since when the gym opened 7 years ago. I became a regular recently and already fall in love with the workout routine now. ???? I was never really into workout before, and just wanted to workout to help with my long sitting back/shoulder issue this time. It's been about 3 months now and I found myself missing the gym if I skip it for more than 2 days! The coaches and programs here are so awesome and fun! You can always scale the workouts to a level that works for you. Workout buddies(they're fun too!) are at all levels and always encouraging each other. Thanks to Elliott Bay Community Fitness that I am now feeling healthier, stronger, and happier(Thanks to all the dopamine hits!). Literally, the gym is now my favorite place to go every day! ????????♀️ Whether you're a hard core crossfitter or just someone like me looking to become healthier and stronger, and maybe also make some cool friends in the area, you will find Elliott Bay Community Fitness has it all! ????????
Fantastic experience: Great gym with an excellent coaching staff! The community of members is incredibly friendly and supportive!
