Fantastic experience: This gym is so much more to us than working out. It transformed a tenacity for life. It’s more than fitness. It’s a community. It’s coaches who see your capabilities and push you harder. It’s friends who poke fun at your idiosyncrasies, who celebrate your victories and who check in with you when you’re down. Most gyms have an atmosphere of body comparison and ability shame. But this gym is different. This group has a diversity of ages, abilities, goals, and personalities.
