Fantastic experience: My husband and I have dropped in at Surf Athletic twice. We were welcomed as part of the community. The workouts were challenging both days. If you are in town is a great place to go do a wod!

Fantastic experience: This CrossFit is really great. Monica is an awesome trainer! You can always count on her for personal attention to your workout. You literally get a personal trainer in a small group setting. Worth every penny of the membership fees. Anyone can do CrossFit when you are trained properly and taught how to modify where you need to. I'm 50 and was a beginner 7 months ago. I'm still going at it and my workouts are perfect every time. I recommend this particular gym. I've been to other CrossFits, this is better. I like the social aspect too. We work out and talk during sets and enjoy the experience. Everyone is super nice. You should give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Monica and West are great coaches! I have been with them since I started CrossFit in 2014. Monica helped me stay fit during my first pregnancy, worked until the day I gave birth! She really knows when to scale things back or give you a push when needed. She works with everyone in class no matter how big or how small because everyone could do CrossFit. I am glad I am part of this CrossFit family.

Fantastic experience: I was on vacation and decided to stop by the gym. I worked out with Coach Monica and she was amazing. Monica is very knowledgeable in athletics and the body. This Crossfit gym was one of the best gym that I've been too. I recommend this Crossfit gym to all.
