Lineage Muay Thai

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t recommend another gym over Lineage even if you lived in another state! The coaches are amazing at what they do and the classes are judgement free. You can use the classes not only to learn a martial art, but a thorough cardio workout as well.

Fantastic experience: High level techniques taught at a beginners pace. This is the perfect gym for any level. Kohl and the gang know how to break down each move so it makes sense. They also know how to turn it up! If you want to learn how to defend yourself and get an insane workout, this is your place. They make you feel like family right away And everyone I’ve met here has become a friend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Muay Thai gym. I went in with 0 experience with martial arts or sports in general. The coaches are great at teaching the techniques and explaining "how, why, and when" to use the technique. Would highly recommend to any skill level.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best! I came in with zero experience in martial arts, and with just a couple months of training I can confidently say my skills have exponentially improved!! I’m even feeling confident enough to spar! The coaches are amazing. They are extremely technical, and teach awesome and fun classes! They are also very welcoming and accommodating to beginners which was a relief as martial arts gyms can be kind of intimidating when starting out. My favorite part hands down is the community!
