Fantastic experience: Great staff good parking non-judgmental people and people that ask before they offer help that's always appreciated I'm handicapped and I have to get back on my feet and these people have helped a good deal but when they see me in my routine they just leave me alone and that's what I like but if I need something all I have to do is ask and they'll be right there

Fantastic experience: Really good gym for the area. I like it more than the YMCA because its less people and less crowded. More expensive than planet fitness but it’s still nice. A ton of variety for classes and the staff is really nice

Positive experience: I been going there for over twenty years so I guess I like it. We all need a little exercise.
